Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Wandering Table and The Breakfast Club (TBC) at Axis Camelback

1. Subscription Overview
TBC offers a 30-day trial period, after which subscribers are billed on a recurring basis every two (2) weeks for scheduled breakfast delivery service.

2. Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted using the cancellation link provided in the original order confirmation email.

Upon cancellation:

  • Delivery service will continue through the remainder of the billing cycle already paid for.

  • No further charges will be applied to the subscriber's payment method following cancellation.

  • The subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refunds
TBC does not offer prorated refunds for subscriptions canceled in the middle of an active billing cycle. Once a billing cycle has been paid, the subscriber is entitled to receive all scheduled deliveries within that cycle, but no partial or prorated refund will be issued for unused or remaining days within that cycle.

4. Failed Deliveries
In the event of a failed delivery due to an error on the part of TBC or its delivery partners (e.g., missed delivery window, incorrect order, delivery not fulfilled), the subscriber is entitled to one of the following remedies at TBC's discretion:

  • Redelivery of the missed meal at no additional cost, or

  • A credit toward a future billing cycle equal to the value of the missed delivery.

Failed deliveries must be reported to TBC customer support by 8:00 AM on the day of the missed delivery to be eligible for redelivery or credit. Email tbc@wanderingtableco.com to report a failed delivery. Claims reported after this time are not guaranteed a remedy and will be reviewed at TBC's discretion.

Failed deliveries resulting from subscriber error (e.g., incorrect delivery address on file, no one available to receive delivery, access restrictions at the delivery location) are not eligible for redelivery or credit, unless otherwise resolved at TBC's discretion.

5. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, locate the cancellation link included in your original order confirmation email and follow the prompts. If you are unable to locate this email, please contact customer support for assistance.
